Hayley Gorsuch, Director

Hayley is an experienced PMO and portfolio management specialist with a background spanning science, research management, and organisational transformation. With a degree in marine science and over 20 years’ experience in environmental research management and project delivery, Hayley is passionate about creating positive environmental and societal impact through optimised delivery, strategic research and evidence-based decision making.

Hayley's experience spans research organisations, federal government, tourism, and the not-for-profit sector, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by purpose-driven organisations operating in complex environments.
